My July 2025 claim was mishandled at the corporate level: liability was undisputed (police cited the other driver for no license/failure to yield), but corporate refused to confirm release of my totaled car to Progressive for appraisal despite repeated written requests. Local staff may be fine, but corporate claims support was unresponsive and full of valuation errors.

Cory and Kathy arrived and took care of finding me a rental car, delivering me and making sure all my needs were attended too.
