My July 2025 claim was mishandled at the corporate level: liability was undisputed (police cited the other driver for no license/failure to yield), but corporate refused to confirm release of my totaled car to Progressive for appraisal despite repeated written requests. Local staff may be fine, but corporate claims support was unresponsive and full of valuation errors.

I spoke with Candy Barnes (one of the agents at his office) on the phone and was impressed with not only her knowledge of the policies, but also how professional and helpful she was. I asked to come in and meet with her. She spent time explaining the policies so that I understood them. During the time that she was my agent she was always available if had problems or concerns - and they were always addressed. I felt that she really "had my back" in case we needed to utilize our insurance. In fact, all the people I dealt with at the office (Cathy and Travis) were wonderful! We moved to another state and that is the only reason we are no longer with Cory Juma. If we ever move back to Nebraska I'll be their customer again!
