  I was coming out of an old leased car with insurance that was covered by national General, (Which my Allstate agent used to cover this old lease), and into a new lease with A similar but newer car. Kassidy, from Bob Myers’s office, helped me choose between National General and Allstate the correct insurance coverage for The new car. there was a question about the two different monthly premiums. So she said that she would check on the premiums and what it would cost if I wanted to change my deductibles. Well, she was sick within the next couple of days so I called back and got. THE Agent Bob Myers. He attempted to help me, and I do mean, attempted, even though he brought up the information that Kassidy had already completed, and I thought that he had helped me decide on one company and one premium with the deductibles that I wanted, and it was all done. Until I saw in my checking account the next day that. TWO PREMIUMS We’re coming out of my checking account. I had to call the office back., And by then Kassidy was back in the office and it was just a whole long conversation, and her callingNATIONAL GENERAL (Who were not cooperative), To see how they could refund the amount from my checking account. It was a real mess. Bottom line, I didn’t understand why Mr. Myers could not see In looking at my information, that national General had sent this premium in or was going to send it in. And I want to say that Kassidy went out of her way to help me, and anytime I’ve ever called the office, She always has gone out of her way to help me. So the annoyance and time wasted that I experienced has nothing to do with her. And I think NATIONAL GENERAL INSURANCE Is one of those companies that wants to make the Money but Doesn’t understand the concept of CUSTOMER SERVICE.

  Few things. They could tell me to the penny how much I would save by replacing my roof with a DaVinci roof. I also like their insurance suspension program for storing cars over the winter months. Drivewise is also a benefit.

  Bob Meyer is the best insurance agent I ever had, and I've had quite a few. He insures two houses and three cars for my family. I feel like I have a personal and friendly relationship with him. He is always ready to answer my dumb questions and always cuts through the BS to explain how things really work with claims and contractors and depreciation, etc. He saves me time, he saves me money, and he saves me worry! (BTW I am posting on my daughter's account)

  Bob has always made dealing with insurance a personal experience. That’s why I’ve been with his office for over 6 years.
