- JJJamesMay 7, 20251.0They raise your rates without you knowing. I had just signed my policy renewals and a month later after signing my rates went up without me knowing. They never informed me of this, I called to ask and they said all they could do is cancel my policy. They canceled it and then proceeded to charge me for the increased amount. I did not pay the increase amount, I paid the amount I signed for when renewing my policy and now they are saying they will cancel my insurance completely unless I pay. He then continued to yell and be condescending as I tried to get things straightened out. They refused to understand or help me and then hung up the phone without giving me any answers or clarification.
