Ty didn’t treat the conversation like a sales pitch, he just took the time to explain what different coverages meant and what questions I should be asking, no matter where I went. Because of that, I ended up getting my auto and renters insurance through him. Now that I’m starting the home-buying process, he’s been just as helpful, easy to reach and always willing to walk through what’s critical and what to look for in a policy. It’s refreshing to work with someone who focuses on helping you understand your options instead of just trying to sell you something.
