  The agent Drake Kunze cold called me, convinced me to switch then said he couldnt honor the original car quote because of a few speeding tickets. When I said I dont think I want to switch anymore, he pretty much said it was too late. I should have been able to cancel then and there. Not only that but they lied about my home value so that 90% would cover the entire home, but the verbiage on the policy puts the blame on me saying I am the one that selected the value of the home which could cause issues in the future if anything were to happen. Shady business not letting me cancel when he couldnt honor the quote and sketchy verbiage on the policy.

  Strong at communication. Not sure rates are competitive for low-mileage senior drivers.

  Great people to have when you are going through a confusing time when you have had an accident. Rates are good, I switched from another insurance company and glad I did.

  First off it was rather comforting to see so many 1- and 2-star reviews for Mitchell as now I know I'm not alone. Secondly, I wouldn't recommend Mitchell to my worst enemy. He is very dishonest, unprofessional and downright impolite. The insurance cost isn't even competitive to overlook his extremely poor service. Lastly, Mitchell told me he doesn't care about bad reviews which that I actually I believe so I partnered with a marketing firm to create 10,000 mailers for the Omaha/Lincoln area advising others to not work with Mitchell Happ. So, if you are reading this and an insurance competitor let me know and you can use them to build your book of business.

  I called in to resolve the issue with my bill and one of the agent just hung up on me . I waited for her to call back to see if it’s just an accident drop or not. But she didn’t. I called back and the other agent helped me out and he said he knew the issue from her . So...that’s the way Allstate help out their customers, hung up the phone on their customers ? I was just trying to explain the situation, not that i yelled neither put the blame on anyone. But she just did not want to hear me out and just hung up on me ? It’s just so rude and unprofessional.
