Eric Brooks is utterly rude. He's really nice baitting you in. But when I've called to ask a question they refuse to answer or offer advice and then call it a claim. He even called me a liar. Worst decision I've made related to my home. Run away from them and allstate. Allstate will not help you, they will just raise your rates. And if you're a woman, treat you like an idiot.
