Scheduling an appointment is an easy process.Reasonable prices for car insurance and that candy jar at front desk is the "welcome to our business" not sure if it's still there, but that alone is sweet welcome, not to mention the welcoming agents they hire. I never had a problem finding parking, which tells me all appointments were created within a specific time slot. Overall great experience.

When I attempted to contact the company to inquire about the reason for this high charge, I received no explanation. I strongly advise against using this company for insurance. I obtained insurance through another company, which offered significantly lower rates and experienced a substantial reduction in my premiums. I will never engage in business with this company again. I believe I was the victim of a fraudulent scheme. I am paying $1,000 at the other company for a six-month period. I wish I could get my money back from these thieves.
