We have a small business and needed bonds as the current company we have wasn't working with the compnay we had for them. My husband went in, talked to someone who would "give us a call," and no call was ever received back about setting up what we needed. In fact the person who helped him didn't know about bonds and why someone was to call us. Not a good way to have it happen with 5 star reviews, so we moved on to another company to get help.
