I go to pull up my insurance card and there was nothing there. It said no vehicles are insured at this time. I contacted the agent in his excuse was we have no control over our system. This place is a joke. Our insurance cards are supposed to be displayed until our cancellation date not taking down beforehand. Stay away from this place. You should of never displaced our insurance cards until after our cancellation date of the 22nd. I should have never had to call customer service to get this done. I don't care what excuse you use it's poor customer service from you guys every month like our rate just kept jacking up every month it would go up little by little. Worst place ever
