- DADenise AldenMar 9, 20211.0My experience with this office has not been good. I cancelled my policies back in December and now received a collection letter saying I owe. I I have called their office a few times asking about the Bill's I still received, they informed me that it takes a few months for the company to cancel. I do not recommend this office, poor customer service. When I had coverage with them still, I called and asked what I was paying for. They do not look at policies. Mine was at 100k liability and that does not protect me at all. They scheduled a phone meeting and missed it. I would rate no stars if I could
