  Our family has been with American Family Insurance for years, more specifically, with Mike Lucy in charge. It's easy to see why this agency is so highly regarded and widely respected in the community. Whatever questions we have, and no matter how often we ask, (not always understanding insurance issues and policies! ), their customer service and sincere interest in our needs, are unchanging. The people at American Family are sincerely interested in our families, and demonstrate unmatched sincerity, advice and explanations to help us through the sometimes unfamiliar territory of insurance! There is never a need to worry about the questions we ask. We can always count on a sincere, caring and understanding attitude and an explanation that clarifies without difficulty. Their name itself reflects the real caring and commitment to the family....to all families..... under their guidance...... in the world of all kinds of insurance.   I couldn’t be happier with the customer service I have received with Mike and the rest of the people at the office over the last 20 years. They have always been willing to help; whether it’s putting in a claim or changing the coverage. I would recommend this office to anyone for insurance needs.
