  I have been working with Fredrick Hage’s office for several years now and even though we moved to the twin cities 3 years ago we have kept this as our home agency! We have home, auto, and soon to be life insurance policies with them. Recently we had an unexpected spike in our homeowner’s insurance rate and I called with questions. I had the pleasure of working with Pacey who was professional, personable, and took the time to answer questions as well as to help me play “policy Tetris” in a way that kept us covered the way we needed and managed to not spike our premiums. I really appreciated the time he took to look into things and make sure I felt good about our final solution.

  I had a simple rock chip on my windshield. Called and talked with Crystal (sp). She created a work order and sent me off to Safelight Auto Glass. All in all a very pleasant experience! When I left Safelight Auto Glass my larger window chip was repaired and reduced to the size of a small speck on my windshield! I’m pretty happy! Thank you!!

  Ann is the Absolute BEST!! I have been an Allstate Customer forever and she checks in, listens wholeheartedly to all of my various vehicle concerns and personal life matters because she CARES! Love them to pieces! 😃
