Caswell Insurance Services, Inc. was established in Yanceyville, North Carolina in 1984 by Cecil L. Page and Graham Dailey. Their goal was to establish an agency that was local and could provide a hometown level of service offering the products that were available on a nationwide scale. Mr. Dailey cultivated an agency with local employees establishing personal connections with his clients that were rooted not only in the town of Yanceyville but Caswell County as a whole. Mr. Dailey’s background began in finance with First Union and with his reputation for dependability and quality services along with a level of customer service that was above industry standards his agency quickly grew and expanded into neighboring Rockingham County. Reidsville Insurance Center was established in 1997 as a division of Caswell Insurance Services. Mr. Dailey again replicated his formula of quality products with above-standard customer service for residents of the city of Reidsville. Graham’s son, Irvin became the director of Reidsville Insurance Center 4 years into his career and expanded the services to encompass most of Rockingham County. Irvin became the President and Chief Executive Officer of Caswell Insurance Services, Inc., and Reidsville Insurance Center in May 2015. Establishing a clear plan to offer personal and commercial products to individuals and businesses alike, Irvin and his staff have worked diligently to maintain the standards that his father established almost 40 years ago. It is the mission of Caswell Insurance Services and Reidsville Insurance Center to guide our clients thru the insurance industry and educate them on the requirements of their state of residency regarding their auto insurance as well as the ins and outs of coverage for a home or business. All this while making sure the clients have a sense of community within the agency and not simply one agent but a team of agents that go above and beyond for them. We are an agency that is based in the belief of service to our communities. We all look forward to getting to know you.

    Only selecting one star because I have to. I had quit my job and needed to get medical insurance. I contacted them, went through all the questions and answers and agreed to get my medical insurance through them. Did all the paperwork over the phone and gave all the proper payment stuff that was needed ask the woman three times if there was anything else that was needed and this was supposed to be going into effect on January as it was open enrollment in January I never received any medical cards so I went in there and asked about my insurance cards and the lady says that no payments were ever received on them policies, I said bull I know exactly when I did it. I know where I was at when I did it because I had to pull over to the side of the road and give her all the information so I wouldn’t lose signal and rudely. She says well oh well there’s no payments made so you have no insurance and shrugged your shoulders I said well now what am I supposed to do as this is not open enrollment time she goes well I guess you’re gonna have to call the marketplace and see what you can do about that. This is unsatisfactory and an unpleasant way to do business in a small community. I think this should be illegal, and I hate to say this because I’m a business owner as well and I hate putting other companies on blast but when you have somebody who does not do their job and there’s no solution as it is not open enrollment and I have a six-year-old with no medical insurance myself in a dangerous career and my son in a dangerous career with no insurance it puts you in a very vulnerable and unpleasant spot not to mention these crazy times with illnesses and with no heart to even try to come up with a solution for their mess up again this should be illegal and they should lose their insurance license
