- SSSharon StevensDec 6, 20253.0I did not have an issue with the agency. However, the agency is a representative of Allstate. Allstate just continually went up on my auto rate every 6 months. My homeowners once a year. The yearly increase, I get it but the amount as well as the frequency in which these increases were happening. I never had any claims or bad driving record to speak of. I felt I was being charged for someone else's bad driving record or someone who could potentially be a risk for coverage.
