  I did not have an issue with the agency. However, the agency is a representative of Allstate. Allstate just continually went up on my auto rate every 6 months. My homeowners once a year. The yearly increase, I get it but the amount as well as the frequency in which these increases were happening. I never had any claims or bad driving record to speak of. I felt I was being charged for someone else's bad driving record or someone who could potentially be a risk for coverage.

  We shopped and researched for home owners insurance before making a decision, we chose Allstate. It’s now sometime later and I can see I’ve made the right choice. This agency is phenomenal, the customer service is enviable and I wouldn’t consider for a moment switching providers. Lauren especially, at this office in particularly, stands out as a prime example of the attentiveness and consideration you’ll get, and if ever you’ve got a problem or something has happened and you need customer service, she’s your gal.

  I have been with Allstate for years and never had any problem with them. First and last car insurance company for me.
