I made the huge mistake of canceling my STATE FARM policy. Leslie at his office was a tremendous help! I didn't realize that the rate increase was applicable to ALL drivers. I have a perfect driving record, and made an impulsive decision and left STATE FARM; however Leslie was able to straighten this out for me today, and perfectly explained the situation. I'm now back with STATE FARM. I'll NEVER make this mistake again.
