  Iesha was very professional!!! It was so refreshing to feel like someone cared about my needs. I am 60 years old, and the days of respect and GREAT customer service are a thing of the past. Well not today, Iesha made my day, and I will recommend anybody to get Insurance through Direct only because of Iesha :)

  Iesha really took her time to find me the best rate for my car insurance. She was extremely understanding and had alot of compassion regarding my situation. Best customer service!

  All of my question about my insurance quote was answering to my liking and I am going to continue my business with Direct General. They were very kind and communicate with me very well. I really do appreciate them for everything. Iesha is a great agent there and she helped me out a lot

  Second update: Aaron Greene just called and tried bullying me into accepting only half my money back. Trying to say I owe them because my new policy (that isn't even with their company) didn't start in time so they had to charge me? How much more of a scam front can these people put up?? Good grief!!!! Update: They charged me for the policy I canceled earlier this month, then Gina tried saying she would send a check for half the amount they stole... absolute crooks. BBB contacted... I've been a steady customer for years now! Tried to call and cancel after receiving the "it's time to renew" email as I bundled with my Home Owners insurance elsewhere. First Carlos tried to charge me a cancelation fee! Then he tried saying I had an outstanding balance, despite the fact that I'm on auto pay and have NEVER missed a payment. These people are down right crooks and are greedy! Just looking for any way to get money from you! Disgusting! Wouldn't recommend this service to dead people let alone any decent person! 0 stars for the thieves....
