They gave me a price monthly and a six month price and within one month $90 a month was added to my policy for no reason! I canceled my insurance out before my next billing cycle and now they are still saying I owe them on a month worth of insurance and a $50 cancellation fee that they do not tell you about when you purchased the policy! Worst insurance company I have ever dealt with avoid this company at any cost

He called a well known collision shop that have been in business over 30 years,crooks only crook was him he was telling me a car I purchased 5months ago had lost over 7000 dollars in value. And that they will not use Kelly blue book as the value of your vehicle.this review is only the warn future customers.please stay away from direct auto it not worth the headache or the trouble deal
