  I had the BEST experience with Tati! It’s so rare to call around for quotes expecting a stressful "haggling match" and hang up feeling like you just gained a family member—and a better quote than expected! Tati had another agent steal her commision by calling and pretending to be her... upselling me without my understanding and sending documents without thorough explanation. ​Tati reached back out and even though she had lost the sale she picked back up where her and I left off.. she fixed what the other rep Adriana had messed up on my policy and really nailed the "Quality over Commission" approach. Finding an agent that treats you like a person AND gets you a lower price is basically the car-buying equivalent of finding a unicorn in the wild. ​100% stellar experience, and HIGHLY recommend TATI for your car buying experience! BEEP BEEP! ❤️

  Nicole Nicholson was great. She listened at length to my explanation if the problem and didn't have me repeat things. Problem was one day prior to Nicole. DA pulled funds via auto pay two day before due date. This was my 1st payment and there was forewarning that this is "normal". I called on the due date and was assured very strongly, my payment had been made. Told DA I had no record of payment made and I don't put funds in that account until payment is due. Tried to make payment during the call and was told it would pay next month and there was nothing I could due about current month. I asked if CSR could tell me if the payment had been funded or was draft only. He could not. The next morning I had a cancellation notice AND $35 charge for NSF. This Nicole is in process of fixing. She gets 5 stars. I might get the $35 back BUT the cancellation will remain on my record.
