His office has always been beyond helpful & I was disappointed when I could no longer stick with the agency who held my renters insurance policy at the time when I purchased my home in 2020 since they could not offer coverage in my area. A few years later, after several awful experiences with other agents who did NOT have my best interest in mind, nor would they listen to my needs, I gave it a shot to reach back out to Greg Ochipa's office and I was THRILLED that they were able to offer coverage at that time. The office as a whole, but Tammy Cameron specifically, is incredibly responsive, friendly, patient & has gone above & beyond to be helpful to myself and my family while navigating several insurance policies. I have & will continue to highly recommend them to anyone in need of services. I cannot say enough good things about my experiences with their office.

After about a week or two, I received a phone call from his office. I was told my rate would be more than quoted. Here is what I have a problem with. I was quoted $221 a month when I called originally. During this second phone call, I was told the monthly rate would go up $70. Money is not an issue, but that is not what I was quoted! The monthly rate actually went up to $389. Needless to say when this insurance term is up, I am going to cancel. Very bad business practice. Quote one price and then raised the rate once you are a customer. There are better honest insurance agents out there. I would not recommended this business. My wife has a separate policy here as well. She is also going to cancel her long time policy. You will not only be down a new customer, but in the process; you will also have lost a long time customer...
