- JHJ HarrellFeb 27, 20241.0At first, Diane helped me in the pickle I was in, which I appreciated. When it came time to renew my policy, I sent 2 emails and called once with leaving a message. I know people get busy, but I never heard from her. So I went and got another insurance policy through their competitor. When I called to say not to renew my policy, Diane acted like she didn't know who I was. I know she's not gonna know everyone, but I gave the dates of the policy and the policy number also my first and last name.. Would not recommend this agency to no one. If I could, I would give -2 stars, but they won't. Don't use After talking with Diane to cancel the policy, she has tried to charge my card to renew the policy and sent 2 bills saying I owe money. I tried calling again, and she hung up, so I reported this company to BBB.
