- RSReshad Shealey6 days ago5.0I had a minor accident that was caused by a teenager trying to crossing 3 lanes of traffic and admits he didn't see me before we made contact. The claims adjuster said that it would be 85% the kid's fault and 15% my fault. I didn't think that made sense at all. I called John's office and talked to Phil about the situation. Him and the team agreed it didn't seem right. They were able to escalate my request and within a few days the adjuster called back and changed it to 100% liability to the teenager. I am 2000% happy with the quick and effective action taken by John Moody's team! That is the reason I have a SUV, motorcycle, disabilty, and home isurance through his agency!
