  After having a policy with this location for over 10years that 10 years meant nothing. I wanted to add another car which raised my insurance so high I couldn't afford to make a monthly payment. I called the next day to remove the car and was told I need to pay $364.67. I was told I had to pay for the Day! I had the car on the policy. I was so mad. One day! She then said they can legally do that but it's up to the company. I began to talk about how long I have had insurance with them which fell on death ears. So I will never do business with this location again. In fact I've had my children move their insurance as well. You think it's a personal insurance company that would understand or have some understanding for long time customers but not this location. Beware of the nice talking cause they have a knife behind their backs waiting to stab you with a smile....and don't bother to respond to my review Brandon Reece it means nothing in the same way I meant nothing to you. ZERO STARS!!!

  I had so many questions, about my insurance policies! Melissa was just the person to tell me all about them! The details she knew, and the insight was just awesome 👌! There is no other word to describe it! I was extremely upset about a claim, BECAUSE IT WAS MY FAULT!! LOL She reassured me that things like this happen. It's out of your hands. That's why you have insurance! Let them handle all this for you! I was worried about my rates, she also told me some positive things when it came to that. They just made this process alot less stressful. I think I have definitely found the agency I will be sticking with. Life is a struggle, cost of everything going up, all you can do is worrie! These people made it so much easier to handle this situation. employee of the decade should go to her!
