  My husband and I have been customers of Allstates’ for 22 years. Auto and home coverage. Only one claim EVER, in 2018 after Hurricane Florence ravaged our area. I have no complaints with Allstate adjusters. My problem is the OUTRAGEOUS premiums we are paying for auto and home coverage. We have done everything we can to get our premium down, and I’ve had enough. No DUI’s, no accidents, no tickets - ever. I’m 65 and drive about 12,000 miles a year. Perfect record. Always pay on time. It just does not matter to Allstate. I got quotes from other companies today. All were at least $100 a month less than Allstate, the company we’ve been with for 22 years. We’ll be saving over $1200 a year by changing. Shame on you, Allstate! Your greed and total lack of respect for your loyal customers is a disgrace. Customers, do yourself a favor and do your own research. Allstate is gouging their customers and it’s time they were called out for it.
