I am a native of Johnston County, and I'm proud to call this JoCo my home. I have a wonderful wife (Meredith) and two great kids (Morgan-Kate and Asher). I am honored to have the opportunity to continue the business built by my father in-law (Tom Medlin). - SMSharon MosesMar 3, 20261.0I called Allstate Smithfield and spoke with Rachel in reference to my policy. I was trying to understand what happened with my policy. I could never get a valid answer from Rachel nor could I get a clear understanding as to what happened to my policy. Her customer service is horrible and she hung up on me. I would not recommend anyone to this office
