I am a native of Johnston County, and I'm proud to call this JoCo my home. I have a wonderful wife (Meredith) and two great kids (Morgan-Kate and Asher). I am honored to have the opportunity to continue the business built by my father in-law (Tom Medlin). When I am not on the golf course or giving baseball lessons, you will find me at either an event with my kids or at a function to hear my wife sing. - SMSharon MosesMar 3, 20261.0I called Allstate Smithfield and spoke with Rachel in reference to my policy. I was trying to understand what happened with my policy. I could never get a valid answer from Rachel nor could I get a clear understanding as to what happened to my policy. Her customer service is horrible and she hung up on me. I would not recommend anyone to this office

- ENEric NarronAug 15, 20215.0I have been with this agency for 27 years. Why you may ask. Because they have always treated me with genuine care and respect. If something wasn’t right all I have to do is give them a call and they know who I am. I am not just somebody to them, I am a person that they are concerned about and willing to go out of their way to help. Charlene and Christy are wonderful and I’m glad they are part of the staff. You might shop around and save a dollar but you won’t get the same level of customer service like you would here. I plan to be with them for a long time.
