We joked around, talked about our kids, he answered our questions & really explained things to us. He also took the time & got our monthly payment almost cut in half - from the same company we have been with for years. If anyone is looking for an insurance provider, for the first time or to switch, I will definitely recommend Preferred Insurance. They have been in business in the same place for over 30 years, so they are doing something right!
