I’ve had dozens of insurance companies try to win my business, and I don’t even entertain them. The customer service here is A1 ... everyone is friendly, responsive, and truly ready to help. One time I submitted a COI request and got it back in less than 20 minutes, which was super impressive. It honestly felt like Natalie was my personal insurance agent. And beyond the quick responses, they’re always looking for ways to save my company money. I hear horror stories of people waiting days or even weeks just to get basic documents.
