- KGKenneth GranlundApr 4, 20212.0After repeated attempts to cancel my homeowners insurance for consolidation of auto+home, Allstate via Krista Mosley refuse to acknowledge the cancellation. I have received alternating letters thanking me for being a valued repeat customer, and warning letters that my insurance is about to lapse - four months after I canceled the policy. If Allstate and Krista Mosley handle a customer who have paid them money, I can't imagine what would (not) happen if I filed an insurance claim with them. Cognizant customers may investigate any of their competitors.
