  I've always had responsive and pleasant dealings with Scott and his agency. Obviously most claims go through Allstate corporate, but several years ago we had no issue getting some hail damage repaired on our home. If the price for a quote is competitive, I would have no hesitations recommending someone to use Scott's agency!

  This has been my first experience with Allstate and I have to admit it has been very easy. I was walked through every step of the process and given the exact coverage I needed. Scott and Karen made me feel like family!

  They never ever answer their phone, return voicemails or emails. I have been trying to get of hold of them to resolve an issue for over a week. Finally I just swtiched offices. The girl who sometimes answers the phone is trying her best but it seems like no one is in charge there.

  I would put 1 star but Derek’s customer service deserves 5. I have never in my life dealt with a more difficult insurance agency, I’ve been trying to cancel my policy for a week now and no one has gotten back to me. I’ve been charged $500 for switching the vehicle on my policy and was never really told why. Derek is the only person I have talked to throughout this who genuinely seemed like he wanted to help me with my problem. Give him a raise, I know you can afford it with how much you charge your customers.
