    I’ve scheduled an appointment via the internet. The process was smooth and easy to follow. Though I’ve been an Allstate customer for years I’ve never had an agent. After reading the many favorable reviews I feel this agency would definitely meet my needs. I look forward to working with this agent.

    Bad service. The person on the other end was literally yelling. I would recommend moving away from this insurance agent.

    The Customer Services Manager, Mr. Anderson Van Lenten has been SUPERB. He acted promptly and included my new vehicle within minutes and send me the Insurance Card by email within minutes. This is indeed a SUPERB Service. From the very First time I signed up with this All State Insurance Agency, I have been receiving EXCEPTIONAL service.

    They are helpful and seems knowledgeable. Though, they are very poor in replying to emails or reading email communication, I guess. Because of their ignorance, they failed to answer my query and didnt submit a form to allstate and I was charged unnecessary by allstate. I talked to them on phone few times with the promise that they will get back to me in few hrs with answer, which they never did till the last call when they said, allstate wont refund the money, though it is not my mistake. I will stay away from them and all state.
