We saw a negative review on here and we have a difficult time thinking that the negative review is talking about this agency because our experiences with her have always been outstanding. In fact, when we asked about getting a policy to cover an expensive musical instrument, Krista gave us a quote and then suggested the name of another company that specializes in instrument coverage. We went with the competitor because they were cheaper. When we told Krista our decision, she reacted by expressing happiness for us! What terrific service; surrendering business in order to best assist her customers! We'll never go anywhere else.
