  My mother called in to get a quote and we spoke with WENDY who is rude deliberately called us the wrong name Even after we’ve corrected her multiple times, she continued to call us. The wrong name talked over us the whole time. I didn’t even get a chance to get the quote done because the representative was so rude. Highly recommend not going to this location!

  Sylvia was great. She was patient kind thoughtful. She made the stressful process of trying to find car insurance super easy. I was reluctant at first with how long I know the process can be, but she really made it easy transaction from beginning to end. I really appreciate her as an insurance policy representative and she honestly should be training other people and Customer Service. She never wasted my time, she could clearly hear my children in the background and she got me through the process as quickly as possible and as efficiently as possible I appreciate her so much thank you!
