  Ashley Moore is superb, she actually helped with an old claim ( even though it wasn’t her department) she left messages & got in contact with the claim adjuster & got the job done!!! She was heaven sent, there’s not too many representatives like her she’s definitely a Diamond💎

  if I could Give 10 stars I would. Betty was so helpful and kind and helped answered all my questions. She walked me through the process and even helped me with my quote. She was amazing and made the process so smooth!

  The direct auto as a whole is ok, if you need a new quote they’ll connect you with someone in seconds On the other hand if you have an existing account and need to talk to someone about it be prepared to wait 30 minutes or more, I was told directly they have more people who quote policies then who service them and it’s not hard to assume that they care more about new accounts then maintaining the ones they have
