  I’m switching car insurance first everything was good been with Direct insurance for 4 yrs now. My rate really went up. Very high premiums to high. Can’t afford this at all. Looking for my car insurance I can’t afford this at all.

  Scam insurance company.. I have my insurance from 2021 with them, a transfer from Esurance when they stopped services in NC. They did not need us to sign any papers and send it to then.. Just took our business along with a slight increase in premiums etc . I had autopay set up for monthly premiums. Four years down the line in 2025 April they send a document to sign and send back and based on that they remove the auto payment for renewal. This should be against the law that they remove the auto renewals from existing policy .. We were'nt aware that they could do such a thing.. Anything to wash their hands from claims

  I was recently in an accident and when it came to getting a rental I was unable to according to talking with the Direct Auto Insurance employees from oversees. No offense, but I was giving the wrong information, for example, when I told them I had full coverage on both vehicles as well as free rental the agent told me no because you can only have free rental on one vehicle. I went 5 days without a vehicle also my deductible was $1000 when it should've been $250. After trying and trying to talk to a supervisor that could not only help me understand me it wasn't happening. Consequently, I went in to the local office and spoke with a lady name Jessica Howard and when I tell you she helped me out I mean she was sent by God if you asked me. She did everything in her power to get my insurance policy updated and backdated so that I can get my rental as well as pay my deductible of $250. Not only did she do that but she was positive and uplifting reassuring me that everything will workout even though it may take days. She even went up and beyond her chain of command to reach out to higher to expedite the process. It took her 4 days of hard work and not giving up on helping along with having to help other clients who called or walked in. Thats the true definition of hardwork, dedication, and selfless-service in my military voice. Lol That right there shows how passionate she is about her job and taking care of clients. Honestly because of her I won't be changing my car insurance company because she makes Direct Auto look good and so that's why I'm giving her the flowers and recognition she deserves. Thanks Jessica Howard for looking our for a client as well as US Active Army OIF/OEF veteran. I fought for you and you fought for me. Much Love. ❤️👍🏾
