  I am an incoming newcomer to New Bern, NC. I had no plans to move to New Bern, but purchased two properties about 2weeks ago. Things are moving rapidly! During this time, Traci, who was introduced to me by Ellen Holmes, an ExP Realtor, has been steadfast in guiding me through the insurance process in NC. I have been a customer of Allstate since I was 15 years old - in the late 80s - home, cars, investment properties, and life insurance. It was Traci who convinced me to give State Farm a chance. I appreciate very forthright and straightforward conversation - it’s a sign of solid character - and Traci met that requirement when conveying details regarding all of the SF products and just rapport in general. She’s terrific! I greatly appreciated that trustworthy rapport and due diligence demonstrated by her. I look forward to working with Traci, as my one-and-only SF insurance agent, for years to come. From the very beginning, she was prompt in responding to my questions and incredibly attentive to my needs. What really stood out was how much time she took to thoroughly explain all of my coverage options in detail. She made sure I fully understood what I had, what I didn’t have, and where improvements could be made. Traci even identified errors in my current coverage — which was through a different insurance agency — that I wasn’t aware of and immediately worked to correct them. Not only did she go above and beyond to ensure everything was properly structured, but she was also able to increase my coverage while lowering my premium — something I truly didn’t expect. She helped me get everything set up for homeowners insurance on my new home and renters insurance for my previous home, and she made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
