  Carl Augustson's Agency is a great place to do business for our Home Owners and Auto Insurance. The staff there is great to deal with and the offer really great service, I would recommend them highly.

  Run! I notified them two months prior to renewal that I was considering making a change and that my policies were no longer being escrowed and to not invoice the mortgage company. Well they invoiced them anyway WITHOUT MY CONSENT. I told them I was not renewing and it's now been a week and they won't get back to me. Now I have large negative balance on an escrow account with my mortgage company and this agency won't respond to me when I am trying to get them to send the money back that I never authorized them to invoice in the first place. They created a mess and instead of fixing it they just disappear.
