My name is Jose Duque. Ive had a really bad experience with State Farm I’ve been with them for 3 years. I have automatic payments set up I have never checked my account until a few days ago Costs goes up and down with no explanation. And when you renew your policy it’s an extra $30-$40 with reason. And there is no employee that can explain why this happens. Staff members are no good with customer service because they never give you a satisfying reason.
My recommendation is to check your billing every month so you do not have the same experience as I did for 3 years .
