  My family and I have been with Sally Brooks for over 10 years. Once I moved to NC over 5 years ago I knew who to use right away. Wendy has been phenomenal and feels like part of the family!

  My name is Jose Duque. Ive had a really bad experience with State Farm I’ve been with them for 3 years. I have automatic payments set up I have never checked my account until a few days ago Costs goes up and down with no explanation. And when you renew your policy it’s an extra $30-$40 with reason. And there is no employee that can explain why this happens. Staff members are no good with customer service because they never give you a satisfying reason. My recommendation is to check your billing every month so you do not have the same experience as I did for 3 years .

  Sally was very thorough, professional and friendly. We were able to establish our new State Farm policies efficiently. She's the best.
