And thank God I did. Zach A was the agent who patiently waited while I fumbled through my email and insurance apps to get him what he needed to evenly compare and *increase* my coverages. I never do google reviews, but even my own kids aren’t this patient with me! Thank you Zach and State Farm for helping me finally understand my coverages and save me a substantial amount on my home and auto. You really live up the the “neighborly” hype!!

Although, we were in a great position at the time, he was very thorough in his explanation on coverages and was never pushy. I have had many agents looking for a quick buck in my experience.
