- HGHeather GalvinMar 2, 20261.0I was almost with Allstate for 17 years until this past year. I absolutely loved Elena Crees the previous owner & Sheryl who worked that since I have been there & much longer. Customer services was always 5 stars!! Sadly but great for Elena she had retired & sold the business to Andy Perez who I have never spoken to, not even to this day when I was so upset with how one of his customer services reps spoke to me, I lost a family member & Josselyn was extremely rude to me, cutting me off, talking over me & when I expressed in an email with Andy in the email... zero response back from anyone. I never realized how little his clients mean to him until Sheryl left & we are all left to deal with such rudeness. Not me though because I don't work well with just "being a number" in a business, being that I own my own business I would never treat my customers the way they all treated me, especially the owner.
