  When I started with Kevin Godfrey I thought the experience would be positive based off these reviews. In the last six months we have had numerous issues due to perhaps employees not being properly trained. We were misinformed and our policy monetarily affected and told it would be resolved multiple times. We had our email entered incorrectly and have been unable to get this resolved for months which seems completely unreasonable. And most recently as we are still attempting to resolve these issues we were sent someone else’s policy in full which is a breach of confidence. I am relocating to another agency but beware that even though it is Kevin Godfrey this agency’s reputation was built on apparently perhaps he no longer actively works there. As I was rudely informed by Brittany Tart that he is out of the office and would not at any point be able to return my call even though I offered to wait for a call back whenever he was available. She said if you’re not willing to be helped then that’s on you. I had explained that Kevin deserved to be informed of how his agency is being handled. Either he doesn’t know this is going on due to this interference or he doesn’t want to know but either way is certainly a problem for clients.

  Don't use this agency, was told by Tina Bowers that I was listed as being involved in an accident 3-21-25, and I had to get a report from my previous insurer even tho i switched to allstate the end of Feb, i provided requested information and even additional showing no accident for 3-21-25. I have text still where ms Bowers was provided requested information and more. This continued into may, I spoke with a Julie since Tina wasnt getting job done and was told id get a call back the same day, two (2) days later I call back and still nothing had been accomplished and no one could explain this mystery accident that I was suppose to be involved in, complained to main allstate number and to this day I havent been told where this accident info is from, my previous insurer has nothing and has emailed the documents, I contacted lexis nexus? Who i was told handle all drivers info and no accident is listed for me for any time in 2025, last accident listed was 2022 which was a multi car incident that my wife was cleared of, attorney info was also provided to godfrey agency. And with all the problems I had I never heard from godfrey guess the agency is a fraud which is what im starting to think allstate is.

  Compared my coverage 1-to-1 and the savings was pretty substantial. I now have more coverage between my home & auto than before backed by Allstate. AND I’m saving $$ which is kind of a feat in the present economy! Thanks Tina!

  Please stay way from this agent and Allstate. I was very happy with GEICO and this agent sent mails every now and then to my address with some bounty and wowed me to Allstate. When i switched over to Allstate there comes to know their real face. Perhaps, i would put zero star if it's available right there. Please please stay away from Allstate.

  They always go above and beyond....have saved me a number of times with payment reminder calls so my policy doesnt lapse.
