  I had water damage your adjuster took 12 days to show up And then sent a furnace expert to my house because he did not agree with my certified HVAC expert another 4 days . In the mean time it was 57bdegrees in my house I had to use my fire place and heat pumps. I might add I am a handicapped senior 72 years old. They only offered me half of what it will cost to replace my furnace. They said to fix the damage to my insulation And ceiling would only be covered if I filed a separate claim. I have filed a complaint with the state of NC. I also am on the process of having my lawyer write letter. I Always thought Allstate was a good company I have my house car and boat with this company. The rudeness and lack of concern for my safety was unbelievable. So to say I am unhappy with your company is an understatement

  Received call from this office agent as I was looking for Home / Auto quotes , received quotes within an hour no details were provided other than online submission . No details were taken and provided with 6 months quote . Yesterday evening got an email with personal details to confirm in which to my surprise - me / my husband violation/ conviction box was checked -YES - when we have been good driving with driving records . Looks like that was added to increase my price . would never recommend them to anyone looking for quotes . Unprofessional way of working . Am not specifying the name of the agent but she knows who she is - she works at this office .

  I can't complain but I'm upset because I qas not able to receive my paid in full discount my drive safe discount went down for no reason I think I should be able to receive my discount I have proof of full payment
