  Absolutely zero help and Allstate is 10x worse. They just bounce you back and fourth until you give up. They took premiums for the last 8 years from my mentally challenged mother for a car that hasn't moved and knew it. After her passing they offered zero help and just pushed me over to Allstate to try and speak to people with bad English. They made me chase my tail and jump through hoops for 6 months before telling me to call Bingham again...they gladly told me that could not help again. I would fire my insurance agent on the spot for this. Just take advantage of people with known mental illness is a shame. Zero stars.

  Rates just kept going up up up up up up with no explanation and when I left call back numbers they never called me back. Found a different place saving almost $600

  This company decided to double my premium from $3000 to almost $7000. They did not call to discuss this with me or nothing. They just took this money out of my account which caused my account to go into the negative. I called to speak to a woman about it and she says oh well get over it have a nice day. This company is trash and I will be disputing this transaction and getting a new insurance company.

  I’ve never had anything less than exceptional service from this Allstate location. Every time I’ve called with a question or even a claim, they have helped me quickly and efficiently every time. The owner even helped me update my policy with additional coverage even though he was working from home with a sick child. I will continue to use this insurance company for my family’s needs!
