After a year i found out and confronted them, they refused to speak to me and hung up any time I called, refused to cancel both of my policies and jacked them up 4x the original rate. I was 20 years old and It was my first company.... I highly recommend switching companies, these people screwed me. Lucky for me my other companies became successful but I will continue to come back and leave these reviews for the rest of my life to get back at Mary. I knew her personally from the BNI chapter in Huntersville, NC. I'll never forget about that, Mary. That was messed up, I tell everyone about you.

Despite not being at fault, I had to make multiple calls to both the office and State Farm and was repeatedly given the runaround about my claim. Communication and support were severely lacking throughout the process. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend avoiding this office and State Farm if possible. I can assure you that State Farm is not on your side.
