Unfortunately, after being involved in an automobile accident, my experience with Mary Beth’s office and State Farm has been extremely disappointing. Despite not being at fault, I had to make multiple calls to both the office and State Farm and was repeatedly given the runaround about my claim. Communication and support were severely lacking throughout the process. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend avoiding this office and State Farm if possible. I can assure you that State Farm is not on your side.
