  He was so professional and she loved her job and she did it well with me finding the right coverage for me and having patience and understanding my ins and outs of insurance I don't know her but I feel like I love her we need more people in the world like her that would be a dream like word up magazine salt and pepper and heavy d up in the limousine is a dream it's all a dream but she was a real live agent and I appreciate her

  I had a great experience switching to Direct Auto. It was a great savings for me monthly. Also, the customer service I received was exceptional. Unfortunately I did not write down the first young lady I talked to, but need to mention Tameka Carson and her friendly knowledgeable service.

  Representative Thalia Ventura, is the best representative I've delt with in a long time. She went above and beyond to help me with my situation and she resolved my problem. She should be given a raise with 2 weeks off!
