  Ms. Paula Perry is so helpful. While being apart of a younger generation and not understanding the ins and outs of insurance, she explained absolutely everything to me and the importance of it. She worked diligently and even made time out side of the 5 o’clock window to help me, she stayed on the phone to help me through literally everything and explained everything I was signing and she didn’t hang up until I was comfortable with doing anything online alone. She also returned my calls and checked on my experience so far with Direct Auto. She made me feel like family and I appreciate her for that. She’s truly one of a kind and she’s the reason that I will renew with Direct Auto Insurance. Thank you again Ms. Paula. ❤️
