  Was in an accident a year ago I have tried several times to get paperwork I need for court I cannot get ahold of anybody or get a call back regarding status of my claim or why they haven’t paid it out yet the insurance adjuster assigned to my case no longer works for the department all other numbers for supervisors I’ve been given just go to voicemail and I cannot get a call back I’m at a complete loss right now as to what to do!

  My daughter was in an accident. She has tried to get up with them for months and no one including a supervisor will not call her back. She has court and this will affect her because they will not close this out or pay the claim. This place is seriously an issue. What a mess! I would not recommend them at all!!!!
