Upon driving up to the parking area, my car encountered some icy roads and my vehicle was stuck in a slippery situation. Thankfully, Erica and Avery were there to help guide me and physically assist my car out of the situation. Thank you both! On top of that, Bethany was amazing with expediting all the insurance information I needed afterward—fast, clear, and super reassuring when I needed it most. Exceptional service all around.
