    I recently began shopping for a new insurance carrier for my home and auto coverage. My late husband and I had been loyal customers of another reputable insurance company for many years, and he had always managed our insurance matters. I continued with that company until it became painfully clear that a 12-year history with no claims or accidents meant very little to them—their annual rate increase was simply outrageous. Determined to find a better option, I researched and compared three highly rated companies. One of them was State Farm, specifically Tim Westfall Insurance, where I had the pleasure of working with a very kind and patient representative named Avery. Since I didn’t have much experience handling insurance on my own, I came into the process with a specific budget and particular coverage needs. Avery took the time to answer what must have felt like five million questions and sent me numerous quote revisions—at least ten—in order to help me find the right balance between cost and coverage. Thanks to Avery’s professionalism, patience, and genuine willingness to help, we achieved exactly what I was hoping for. I’m very grateful for his outstanding service and truly appreciate all the effort he put into making this process a positive one. Hopefully, I’ll enjoy another 12 years of peace of mind before needing to do this again!

    I had a great experience with Erica. She explained fully the coverage and suggested ways to improve coverage with reducing costs. I took awhile to determine what insurance company I was going to use. Erica was patient and did not overcommunicate but waited for me to make my decision. I was please that Erica took care of contacting the other insurance company to document the cancelation. The completed forms were placed in a uniquely divided folder that were easy to access. With better coverage, I saved a lot. A very positive experience.

    I've always purchased insurance through websites and dealt with chatbots and random call centers. My experience of switching to State Farm was a great reminder of why human interaction is always better than AI. Erica walked me through the process, bundled condo and auto, calm my fears, got me a great price and did it all while I was out of the country. She was quick to respond to emails and voicemails. I'm glad I made the switch!
