It was a pleasure dealing with Erica. After being a homeowner for over 30 years, it is finally nice to deal with an insurance agent who is not pushy. I feel that my expectations have not only been met, but they have been exceeded. I not only have Home and Auto, I also have motorcycle and trailers that need to be insured. She was thorough in her questions. She answered all of my concerns. I will definitely be referring her to my fellow workforce as well as my congregation.

Huge thanks to this State Farm branch for truly going above and beyond. Erica and Avery live up to the motto; "Like a Good Neighbor, State Farm is there".
Upon driving up to the parking area, my car encountered some icy roads and my vehicle was stuck in a slippery situation. Thankfully, Erica and Avery were there to help guide me and physically assist my car out of the situation. Thank you both!
On top of that, Bethany was amazing with expediting all the insurance information I needed afterward—fast, clear, and super reassuring when I needed it most.
Exceptional service all around. Highly recommend!
