  I do not understand how the people who work here still have their jobs? Look at all the recent 1 star reviews, they are there for a good reason. The staff here have absolutely terrible customer service. I have never called on an insurance agency and had such a poor experience.

  Very rude and unprofessional. No customer service not even if they fake it!! I have been around for some time and never experienced such poor service. As soon as they answer, they place you on hold. No greeting and dont give you a chance to even say hi or ask a quick question. I pay my insurance by the year and this was my first year using them. My policy expires Feb. I will not renew with them at any cost!!!!
