Progressive raised my rates almost $200 a month after I hit a piece of tire on the highway I went through them to fix the car. It wasn’t much damage but they said there was nothing they could do about my rates. I started shopping around and found direct auto (saw it was part of all state family so I trusted it) and talked to Sherry and that was that. Can’t stop saying how awesome she is. I recommend them just because of her.
