  Working with the Darden Agency has been amazing. I started with just car insurance but as I grew they helped me with bundling my home and care. After Hurricane Florence my needs were attended to quickly and very fairly. The adjuster came to see me weeks before any of my friends got theirs to come out. When I started this process I was especially nervous but Cindy, my agent, was there to walk me through my plans and options every step of the way. She was patient and kind as she explained the benefits to each thing on my plan and what I would need and not need. When it came time to bundle my car and home she made it a breeze but made sure I had what I needed especially with hurricanes being so prevalent. I hands down recommend this agency and Cindy Gerdes. They take good care of you and make sure you have everything you need. They have been taking care of my family and I for 10 years!

  RUN AWAY.... just horrible They gave me a huge rate increase.... NO ACCIDENTS OR TICKETS I DID NOT APPROVE RENEWAL OF THE 30% INCREASE they auto renewed??? SO I SAID THAT'S IT.... called around and found a better rate... I was current with monthly payment. Went to cancel because i did not APPROVE OR WANT renewal at ridiculous price . AND THEY SAID THEY WANT TO CHARGE ME $400 "short Rate" charge??? penalty?? SO they can raise my rates to a point that i want to go somewhere else but they will charge me $400 because I dont want to pay their RIDICULOUS RATES??!!! Worst insurance company ever.... GOUGE GOUGE GOUGE UPDATE- after being completely current on payments... and going to another insurance company THEY FINED ME ALMOST $500 FOR CANCELLING... not wanting to pay their over pricing
