After Hurricane Florence my needs were attended to quickly and very fairly. The adjuster came to see me weeks before any of my friends got theirs to come out. When I started this process I was especially nervous but Cindy, my agent, was there to walk me through my plans and options every step of the way. She was patient and kind as she explained the benefits to each thing on my plan and what I would need and not need. When it came time to bundle my car and home she made it a breeze but made sure I had what I needed especially with hurricanes being so prevalent. I hands down recommend this agency and Cindy Gerdes. They take good care of you and make sure you have everything you need. They have been taking care of my family and I for 10 years!
